2. Purpose

This is the corporate website of HeyDay Studio. Its purpose is to describe the studio’s services and to let anyone interested get in touch with us.

No products are sold and no contracts are concluded online through this website.

3. Conditions of use

Access to the site is free and requires no registration. By browsing it you accept these conditions. You agree to:

  • Use the site in accordance with the law, good faith and public order.
  • Not submit false information or impersonate others through the contact form.
  • Not attempt to access restricted areas, disrupt the site, or introduce malicious code.
  • Not use the site or its forms to send unsolicited advertising.

We reserve the right to deny access to anyone breaching these conditions.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The text, design, logo, images and code of this site belong to the owner or are used under the appropriate licence. Reproduction, distribution or transformation without express written authorisation is prohibited.

Client trademarks and logos shown in the portfolio section belong to their respective owners and are displayed for informational purposes only, as a reference to work carried out.

The above concerns the content of this website. Deliverables from a contracted project (code, automation flows, content) become the client’s property under the terms of the corresponding quote or contract.

5. Third-party links

This site links to external services, including Calendly (call booking) and Instagram. Following those links takes you off our site and places you under the terms and privacy policies of those third parties, over which we have no control.

6. Contact form and AIday assistant

The contact form and the AIday assistant let you send us your details so we can reply. Ticking the acceptance box is required before either can be submitted.

How those details are processed is described in the Privacy Policy.

Submitting the form is not an offer and does not in itself create any contractual relationship.

7. Pricing, invoicing and tax

Prices are agreed and invoiced in euros (EUR), unless the relevant quote expressly states another currency.

Invoices are issued by Alejandro Ávila Gómez (ABN 18 133 543 510), a sole trader established in Australia.

As the provider is established outside the European Union, invoices do not include Spanish VAT. For services supplied to business clients established in the EU, responsibility for accounting for VAT generally falls on the client under the reverse-charge mechanism. We recommend confirming the specific treatment with your tax adviser.

Any applicable Australian tax (such as GST) will be stated and itemised explicitly on the invoice.

Specific payment terms (schedule, deposits, due dates) are set out in each project’s quote or contract.

8. Disclaimer

We aim to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but we do not guarantee it is free of errors. The content is informational and does not constitute professional advice.

We are not liable for service interruptions, technical faults or outages beyond our control, nor for damages arising from use of the site.

9. Engaging our services

HeyDay Studio’s services are not contracted through this website. Each project is governed by the quote, proposal or contract agreed between the parties, which prevails over these conditions in everything concerning that engagement.

10. Data protection

The processing of personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these conditions.

11. Changes

We may update these conditions to reflect legal or service changes. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the last-updated date shown above.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by the law of the state of Queensland, Australia. For any dispute arising from use of this website, the parties submit to the competent courts of Queensland.

If you are contracting as a consumer resident in the European Union, this clause does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
